Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Planning, forecasting, managing and following-up on the wholesale and retail sales field operations to achieve functional targets.
  • Implementing POS the promotional plan in individual retail outlets in a given geographical territory.
  • Working closely with his teams to achieve the Monthly Sales Target
  • designing proper incentive scheme per each branch, through managing Retail
  • Driving growth within the area under his designation across trade channels as well as brands.
  • Executing RS projects (Route to Market) as well as leading the team to achieve RS KPIs
  • Responsible for developing his team skills through enforcing the training agenda.
  • Responsible for applying the marketing agenda/activations set by the company.
  • Responsible for collecting/reporting feedback from the market for competition as well as other players.
  • Maintaining balanced presence in the branches under his command.
  • Target setting results oriented.
