Job Description

We are seeking a presentable and motivated Sales Manager to drive sales, build client relationships, and achieve revenue goals. This field-based role involves generating leads, presenting products, negotiating deals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. A key responsibility will be meeting with contractors, architects, and end-users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, product demonstrations, and site visits.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to successful deal closure.
  • Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate products effectively to potential clients.
  • Negotiation & Target Achievement: Negotiate pricing and close sales to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly meet with contractors, architects, and end-users to understand their needs and promote products.

Skills Required:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably with architectural or interior design products. Freshers with strong potential will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, or any two or more languages.
  • Ability to consistently meet sales targets and work effectively independently.
  • A quick learner capable of mastering basic CRM tools and Excel.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma is preferred.
