Job Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team and drive significant growth for our client in the broking industry, sourced through Acme Services. This pivotal role demands an individual with a proven track record in sales leadership, team building, and new client acquisition, along with a strong focus on revenue generation across multiple products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading by example, hitting individual sales targets, and ensuring their team excels in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Responsible for building up a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) / Advisors, fostering their growth, and ensuring high performance.
  • New Client Acquisition: Drive and achieve aggressive new client acquisition targets, expanding the company's customer base.
  • Revenue Generation: Accountable for generating revenue from all products offered by the company, ensuring comprehensive sales performance.
  • Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs): Personally contribute to sales by achieving monthly SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans) targets.
  • Team Monitoring & Coaching: Actively drive and monitor team members' performance, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to meet their individual and collective goals.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor sales processes and suggest improvements based on direct contact with customers and market feedback, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Share & Sales Drives: Contribute significantly to overall revenue generation through different products and actively participate in Organizational Sales Drives to increase market share.
  • Manpower Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of manpower as per approved headcount, ensuring a strong and stable sales force.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in the Broking industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in handling a team.
  • Must be able to join along with his team (Team size minimum 4-5 RMs or Advisors).
