Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive sales through various channels, including direct marketing, DSA management, and channel handling.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers for various loan products, including business loans, personal loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), mortgage loans, and gold loans.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through proactive market visits and engagement with potential clients.
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation to the successful disbursement of funds.
• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of all customer queries and issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• A dynamic team player with a proven track record in sourcing and processing loan applications.
• Experience in field sales via DST/Direct Sales Through Sales Officers, DSAs, and Connectors is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to handle at least 2-3 of the following loan products: Business Loans, Personal Loans, Salaried Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Gold Loans.
