Job Description

About the Role:

Wonderla Resort is looking for dynamic and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, with strong skills in B2B and B2C client management, corporate tie-ups, and driving room and banquet sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for room bookings, events, and corporate packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and event planners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to boost revenue.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in hospitality sales (hotels/resorts only).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence.
