Job Description

  • Build strong relationships with school management, teachers, and the education market to generate and service demand for PCDS products and services.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of Training Advisors who will serve as the primary drivers of field-level sales and school engagement.
  • Inspire and coordinate the team to function as collaborative partners with schools, focusing on continuous improvement in education quality.
  • Drive the next phase of PCDS's growth by expanding product penetration in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns and rural markets.
  • Work closely with SBU Heads to align regional sales efforts with broader business goals and ensure maximum geographic reach.
  • Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and support the team in achieving and exceeding them through motivation and hands-on leadership.
  • Travel extensively within the region to maintain ground-level visibility and provide active support to the sales team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven field-level sales experience, preferably in the education or services sector.
  • Strong target orientation with a consistent record of exceeding performance goals.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to innovate and make a difference in education.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of independently driving performance and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead others.
  • Willing to travel extensively and work closely with regional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the local market and previous travel experience in the region is a distinct advantage.
