Job Description

  • Build and foster relationships with schools, management, and teachers to drive demand for PCDS's products and services.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Training Advisors who will be at the forefront of PCDS's sales efforts.
  • Inspire and lead the team to evolve into strategic partners working towards a common goal of school improvement with the school management.
  • Drive PCDS's product growth by expanding its reach into smaller cities and towns, accelerating market penetration.
  • Collaborate with SBU Heads of different products and services to maximize geographical reach and ensure wide coverage of offerings.
  • Oversee team performance, ensuring sales targets are met and surpassed, while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Bring at least 5 years of field-level sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Be a self-motivated leader, constantly learning and improving, while motivating your team to perform at their best.
  • Willing to travel extensively for fieldwork, with a strong understanding of regional dynamics.
  • Ability to inspire and nurture a team, developing them into effective advisors and sales leaders.

Desired Profile:

  • Proven field-level sales experience of at least 5 years.
  • Strong target orientation with a history of consistently overachieving sales goals.
  • A quick learner with strong self-motivation and a drive for self-improvement.
  • Willing to travel extensively and work on the field.
