Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, management, and teachers to create and service demand for PCDS products and services.
  • Lead and develop a team of Training Advisors, driving them to be the front line of PCDS's sales efforts.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to work towards a common goal of school improvement and educational growth.
  • Lead efforts to expand PCDS's reach into smaller cities and towns, accelerating product penetration.
  • Coordinate with SBU Heads to ensure maximum geographical coverage and seamless integration of different products and services.
  • Bring at least 5 years of field-level sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Be highly self-motivated, a quick learner, and driven by the desire for personal and team growth.
  • Willing to work in the field and travel extensively to achieve business objectives.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and team-building skills, empowering and motivating the Training Advisors.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to innovate and make an impact in the education sector.
  • Knowledge of regional dynamics and travel experience will be an added advantage.
