Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the inside sales/telesales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive strategic planning and execution to broaden market reach and customer base.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent attainment of sales goals.
- Develop and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Coach, mentor, and upskill junior sales executives to boost team performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain CRM systems and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Operate outbound and inbound dialer systems to support sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2C/B2B inside sales or business development roles.
- Proven experience in team management, target handling, and leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
