Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve targets for Artelus solutions through ophthalmologists, optometrists, diabetologists, and purchasing managers.
  • Conduct presentations and schedule product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of OCT and Fundus devices.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product support as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

Technical Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Communicate complex technical information about OCT and Fundus devices effectively to non-technical audiences.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.
