Job Description

• Lead and manage a sales team of 20–30 members, including Team Leads

• Define, track, and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain sales funnel hygiene, enforce follow-up discipline, and drive high-quality closures

• Conduct sales reviews using dashboards and performance metrics

• Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve conversions and overall effectiveness

• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans

• Execute sales processes, revenue campaigns, and on-ground activities

• Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, leads, closures, and productivity metrics

• Collaborate with the COO on sales strategy, execution, and team development
