Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and exceed annual sales goals while overseeing a smooth and effective sales process.
• Lead sales and business development for the manufacturing facility, focusing on core products and potential services.
• Develop annual sales strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a strong culture to achieve KPIs.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to attract, retain, and grow new and existing customer relationships.
• Actively manage a sales NPD (New Product Development) pipeline and achieve new business targets.
