Job Description
- To lead the short and long-term strategy and demonstrate active scaling of the business of a product category estimated to be 250 Million USD in India.
- Set measurable strategic goals and deliver results from key B2B and B2C stakeholders.
- Responsible for the Company's P&L.
- Maintain market awareness, expansion opportunities and identify new opportunities and strategies for promoting products.
- Direct the company's channel marketing initiatives using the full range of marketing tools/media.
- Strong management skills in the FMCG industry, especially food.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- An experienced business strategist with a track record of delivering business objectives.
- An out of the box thinker with a flair for ingenuity and process efficiency.
