Job Description
- Own & drive sales targets as per AoP while continuously optimizing incentives for employees & partners/affiliates to lower costs
- Ensure heterogeneity & predictability of the demand pipeline by diversifying sales channels while keeping a close watch on the competitive landscape & offerings
- Keep sales teams motivated through required performance structures and establish offline distribution partnerships to source higher-margin customers
- Required Experience:
- Experience of 3-5 years in consumer lending or field sales-led organizations. Leading field sales teams selling direct-to-consumer unsecured products will be a plus
- Experience in Banking/Fintech/ Financial Services industries background is preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience
