Roles and Responsibilities

• 7-9 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying SFDC service cloud solutions.
• Experience working with Service cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, Customer Community, Live Agents, Case Management Chatter and web services API.
• Experience working with process builder, quick actions, Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, Lightening, JavaScript, workbench and data loader.
• Collaborate with Service cloud application developers, designers and architects to ensure understanding of business data model and detail functional requirements.
• Evaluate JIRA ticket/ Epics/ User stories to convert function requirements to technical requirements.
• Responsible for technical code review and unit testing.
• Strong development skills to develop user stories along with team.
