Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, applicators, builders, and dealers.
  • Promote and sell products like admixtures, waterproofing systems, grouts, sealants, repair mortars, and flooring systems.
  • Conduct site visits and product demos to support application and build customer trust.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and contribute to market growth.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key influencers architects, consultants, and engineers.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for on-site support and problem-solving.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
  • Ensure proper documentation, order processing, and timely collection of payments.
  • Maintain customer data and sales progress using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or any related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in construction chemicals or building materials.
  • Good communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Chhattisgarh.
  • Knowledge of local construction practices and market dynamics.
