Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the Commercial Vehicle Loan segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote customer retention and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and sales in CRM systems.
- Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and administrative tasks related to the loan process.
- Liaise with dealers, channel partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth loan disbursement and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in vehicle loan sales, preferably in commercial vehicle financing
- Familiarity with loan processing, customer onboarding, and vehicle finance documentation
- Knowledge of the CV market, customer profile, and dealer networks is an added advantage
