Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the Commercial Vehicle Loan segment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote customer retention and repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and sales in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and administrative tasks related to the loan process.
  • Liaise with dealers, channel partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth loan disbursement and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in vehicle loan sales, preferably in commercial vehicle financing
  • Familiarity with loan processing, customer onboarding, and vehicle finance documentation
  • Knowledge of the CV market, customer profile, and dealer networks is an added advantage
