About the Role

Sales Manager to drive business growth at our manufacturing unit. This role involves managing existing client relationships while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify and generate new leads to expand the customer base
• Convert leads into business opportunities and close sales
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for orders and payments
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (freshers with strong potential may also apply)
• Prior experience in the electrical or lighting industry is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp communication
• Ability to manage both fieldwork and in-office coordination
