Sales Executive - Field sales (CASA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field activities.
• Visit local markets, residential areas, and business hubs to generate leads.
• Conduct field marketing and participate in on-ground sales campaigns and promotional events.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent after-sales service.
• Understand customer needs and cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Insurance, etc.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the bank.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts.
