Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to manage and grow our channel sales in the data center racks and infrastructure domain. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data center racks, network and server racks, PUDs, ATS, and KVMs, and a proven track record of working with channel partners in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote data center racks, network & server racks, PUDs, ATS, and KVMs through channel partners and distributors.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, system integrators, distributors, and resellers to drive sales growth.
  • Market Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the data center racks and infrastructure market.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, driving revenue growth through strategic channel sales initiatives.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of the company's data center racks and infrastructure solutions, and provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales efforts.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with channel partners on pricing, contracts, and deal closure.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on channel sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to inform business strategies.
  • Customer Support: Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction post-sale.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales, specifically in the domain of data center racks, network and server racks, PUDs, ATS, and KVMs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to drive channel sales, manage partner relationships, and close deals.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure products including racks, PUDs, ATS, and KVMs.
