Sales Executive - Agency

Profile / Function:

• Responsible for managing both Motor Agency and Motor Dealership channels
• Recruitment, licensing, and activation of IRDA agents
• Maintain strong relationships with existing agents to drive performance and retention
• Accountable for achieving top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (profitability) business targets
