Lead Generation & Follow-up
• Generate leads through multiple channels including walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, and channel partners.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Client Interaction
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options based on needs and budget.
• Address client queries and provide detailed information about projects.
Property Presentation
• Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and location advantages to prospective buyers.
Site Visits
• Arrange and conduct site visits for clients, providing comprehensive project information.
Sales Closure
• Negotiate terms, finalize sales agreements, and ensure smooth closure of sales transactions.
Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the sales process from inquiry to booking.
Coordination with Internal Teams
• Work closely with marketing, legal, and accounts teams for documentation, booking, and payment processes.
Sales Reporting
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales conversions.
• Submit regular sales reports to management for tracking performance and progress.
