Job Description
As a Sales Executive you will drive revenue by finding new clients, selling products/services, and managing existing accounts, involving lead generation, client meetings, product demos, contract negotiation, and hitting sales targets, while maintaining strong customer relationships and reporting on performance. Key duties include prospecting, presenting solutions, closing deals, using CRM software, and collaborating with marketing for strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, networking).
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients (in-person/virtual), understand needs, present solutions, and demonstrate products/services.
- Sales Execution: Negotiate contracts, process orders, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting & Strategy: Track sales using CRM, report on performance, and work with marketing on strategies.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
