Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales in the real estate sector, including residential and commercial properties. Actively follow up on inquiries, schedule client meetings, and provide property presentations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients using CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.

Industry Expertise:

  • Leverage knowledge of the real estate and construction industry to advise clients on property options, pricing, and trends. Provide insights about construction quality, building specifications, and market conditions.

Telesales & Outreach:

  • Use telesales techniques to reach potential clients, handle inquiries, and schedule property visits.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Assist clients in the documentation and transaction process, maintain records of sales, and submit regular reports to the management.

Target Achievement:

  • Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
