Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Line Handling:

• Handle end-to-end coordination for MSC and TS Line operations.

Quotations & Pricing:

• Prepare and share quotations with customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Sales Activities:

• Conduct sales calls and sales visits to acquire new business and maintain existing customer relationships.

Rate & System Updates:

• Fill and update Rate Agreements (RA) in the system as per approved terms.

Import Documentation:

• Manage complete import documentation in TSL, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Customer Service Execution:

• Perform CSE-related activities for both MSC and TS Line to ensure smooth customer handling.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Handle FMC filing for US ports in MSC, ensuring adherence to international shipping regulations.
