Job Description

Responsible for driving property sales and rentals by conducting property presentations, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers or renters, highlighting key features and unique selling points.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets and business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize property listings, contracts, and client communications.
  • Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation and administrative processes.
