Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive, who drives revenue by finding new clients, pitching products/services, negotiating deals, and managing accounts, focusing on meeting sales targets through strong relationships, market knowledge, and strategic sales tactics, acting as the link between the company and customers to ensure satisfaction and growth. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities via networking, cold calls, social media, and market research. 
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients (in-person/virtual), present products/services, and demonstrate value. 
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, terms, and packages to secure deals that benefit both client and company. 
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationships, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities. 
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records (CRM), track performance, and report on progress towards targets. 
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market needs. 
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, support, and other teams for a seamless customer experience. 

Core Skills & Qualifications

  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, products/services, and market dynamics.
  • Experience: Proven sales record and experience in sales/marketing are often required.
  • Education: Often a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
