Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prospect Engagement: Call prospects, understand their requirements, and identify potential opportunities for property solutions.
- Customer Meetings: Schedule one-on-one meetings with customers to provide personalized property solutions and guidance.
- Site Visits: Coordinate and drive site visits, assisting customers in shortlisting appropriate property options.
- Consultative Selling: Use industry knowledge and analytics to consult and advise clients effectively, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Follow-up and Closures: Take strong follow-ups with potential prospects and ensure timely closures of deals.
- Post-Sales Support: Address and resolve all post-sales queries or concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Developer Relations: Build and maintain excellent rapport with developers and their respective teams to streamline processes and offerings.
