Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives for Import Freight Forwarding to generate new business, handle air/ocean freight sales, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
