Job Description
We are hiring Sales Executives for Import Freight Forwarding to generate new business, handle air/ocean freight sales, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
