Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients. This role is perfect for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to develop their careers in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for reaching potential customers.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
