Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive to handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions for an OEM in the Hoisting & Port Business Unit. This role requires a proactive and organized professional who can manage the entire lead lifecycle, from initial inquiry to closure, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with field teams.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring a timely response to all sales inquiries.
- Respond to inquiries related to the Hoisting & Port Business Unit through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads based on customer intent, categorize them as Hot, Warm, or Cold, and ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM entries.
- Maintain close coordination with field teams and engineers to drive timely follow-ups and lead closures.
- Draft professional, well-structured emails and manage individual follow-ups consistently to maintain lead engagement.
- Effectively gather customer requirements and recommend the most suitable product solutions.
- Generate and manage MIS reports and track lead status updates for regular review and reporting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Be proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and documentation.
- Show a proactive and innovative approach to streamline lead management and enhance conversion efficiency.
Skills Required
- Experience: 2+ Years.
- Qualification: Any Graduation.
- Mandatory Languages: Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil.
- Proficiency in handling customer interactions and lead management.
- Experience with CRM entries and reporting.
- Strong skills in coordination with field sales teams.
- Excellent communication and email writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
