Job Description

We are seeking a presentable and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and achieve revenue goals. This field-based role involves generating leads, presenting products, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A key responsibility will be meeting with contractors, architects, and end-users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calls, product demonstrations, and site visits.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to successful deal closure.
  • Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate products effectively to clients, including contractors, architects, and end-users.
  • Negotiation & Target Achievement: Negotiate pricing and close sales to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster repeat business.

Skills Required:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably with architectural or interior design products. Good freshers will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, or any two or more languages.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
  • Able to learn basic CRM tools and Excel.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or a diploma is preferred.
