Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Pitch products/services to prospective clients and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to internal teams.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
  • Coordination & Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
