Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Pitch products/services to prospective clients and conduct product demonstrations.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research & Reporting:
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to internal teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
- Coordination & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions when required.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
