Job Description

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling water treatment chemicals, achieving sales targets, generating inquiries, and developing dealer networks within the assigned territory. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell water treatment chemicals including cooling water and boiler water chemicals.
  • Generate relevant sales inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals for clients.
  • Calculate target pricing and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and manage a dealer network to expand market presence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales of chemical products, preferably water treatment chemicals.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of water treatment chemicals and their applications.
  • Experience in territory management and dealer network development.
  • Ability to prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
