Job Description

  • Identify and develop new clients within the assigned region who can benefit from the company's medical devices and equipment
  • Travel to customer locations to promote products, demonstrate solutions, and generate business opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure sustained business growth
  • Understand, manage, and interpret customer requirements to recommend suitable products and solutions
  • Present product features and benefits to address customer needs effectively
  • Prepare accurate quotations and pricing based on customer requirements and cost analysis
  • Handle tender documentation and support contract finalization activities
  • Close sales by finalizing terms and conditions in line with company policies
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Manage and administer client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and service support
  • Analyze sales performance and cost structures to improve profitability
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for head office review
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a regular basis
  • Maintain and update client contact details and sales records systematically
  • Coordinate sales projects with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Work closely with sales team members and technical experts to deliver effective solutions
