Job Description
- Identify and develop new clients within the assigned region who can benefit from the company's medical devices and equipment
- Travel to customer locations to promote products, demonstrate solutions, and generate business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure sustained business growth
- Understand, manage, and interpret customer requirements to recommend suitable products and solutions
- Present product features and benefits to address customer needs effectively
- Prepare accurate quotations and pricing based on customer requirements and cost analysis
- Handle tender documentation and support contract finalization activities
- Close sales by finalizing terms and conditions in line with company policies
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage and administer client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and service support
- Analyze sales performance and cost structures to improve profitability
- Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for head office review
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a regular basis
- Maintain and update client contact details and sales records systematically
- Coordinate sales projects with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
