Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales: Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements, present HVAC/R solutions, negotiate deals, and close sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Channel Sales: Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners. Drive sales through partners by providing necessary training, support, and guidance to maximize revenue.
- HVAC/R Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration products and services. Provide technical guidance to customers and partners to ensure the right solutions are recommended.
- Corporate Sales Skills: Identify and target corporate clients, pitch products and solutions effectively, and manage large-scale B2B accounts. Develop strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and expand the client base.
- Lead Management: Generate and manage leads efficiently, track sales opportunities, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Ensure timely conversion of leads into successful sales.
