Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets at the enterprise level.
  • Identify and close opportunities for data science/engineering solutions and services.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies involving customer engagement, partner alliances, demand generation, and revenue growth.
  • Qualify leads, assess client needs, and collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored solutions.
  • Deliver and communicate clear value propositions around WowTech's analytics and SaaS offerings.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to client organizations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and renewal by working with internal teams across sales, product development, and support.
  • Drive usage and adoption of new solutions across customer ecosystems.
  • Provide ongoing support through follow-ups and regular engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute channel partner strategies and alliances for expansion.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and lead pipeline growth initiatives.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Develop and present proposals, client presentations, and lead quarterly business reviews.
  • Represent the company at national and international IT/analytics conferences, turning engagement into leads and deals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of enterprise-level sales experience in SaaS products, IT services, analytics, or data science.
  • Proven success in selling to enterprise clients, preferably involving cloud-based, AI/ML, or analytics-driven platforms.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to manage complex deals and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Proactive and customer-obsessed, with a 'do-anything' mindset to ensure customer success.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning capabilities.
  • Highly data-driven with a strong command over numbers and performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel across India and internationally.
  • Must be ethical, responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
