Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets at the enterprise level.
- Identify and close opportunities for data science/engineering solutions and services.
- Execute go-to-market strategies involving customer engagement, partner alliances, demand generation, and revenue growth.
- Qualify leads, assess client needs, and collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored solutions.
- Deliver and communicate clear value propositions around WowTech's analytics and SaaS offerings.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to client organizations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and renewal by working with internal teams across sales, product development, and support.
- Drive usage and adoption of new solutions across customer ecosystems.
- Provide ongoing support through follow-ups and regular engagement initiatives.
- Plan and execute channel partner strategies and alliances for expansion.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and lead pipeline growth initiatives.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Develop and present proposals, client presentations, and lead quarterly business reviews.
- Represent the company at national and international IT/analytics conferences, turning engagement into leads and deals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of enterprise-level sales experience in SaaS products, IT services, analytics, or data science.
- Proven success in selling to enterprise clients, preferably involving cloud-based, AI/ML, or analytics-driven platforms.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to manage complex deals and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Proactive and customer-obsessed, with a 'do-anything' mindset to ensure customer success.
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning capabilities.
- Highly data-driven with a strong command over numbers and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel across India and internationally.
- Must be ethical, responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
