Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and close sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
- Apply deep understanding of complex technology needs within businesses to offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects; cultivate and manage relationships to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer pain points and lead strategy sessions with prospects and clients to propose effective technology solutions.
- Use quantifiable data and insights to make informed business decisions and prioritize sales efforts.
- Create and present detailed proposals that align with customers' strategic initiatives and purchasing capacity.
- Retain customers through responsiveness and proactive support, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Apply knowledge of technology operations, corporate infrastructure, networking, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining regular communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Drive demand generation activities using virtual/video meetings, email campaigns, blogs, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Cloud computing models including IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas, developing leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
- Ability to build trust and rapport through clear, confident, and sincere communication across multiple channels (video, email, phone, face-to-face).
- Strategic thinker with holistic understanding of business models and sales processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills; adept at analyzing sales patterns and applying lessons learned to improve future performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt behavior and approach to achieve better sales outcomes.
- Proficient in sales technologies, CRM tools, sales intelligence platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and self-improvement.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
