Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed enterprise-level sales objectives
- Identify and pursue opportunities to sell IT solutions and services to the restaurant sector
- Lead execution of go-to-market strategies including business growth, customer/partner engagement, marketing, and demand generation
- Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments with support from technical teams
- Effectively communicate the value of WowTech's products and services to prospects and clients
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships, identify key stakeholders, and develop client champions
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding business challenges and aligning solutions accordingly
- Ensure client retention by supporting renewal processes and identifying expansion opportunities
- Drive adoption and usage of new products and features across multiple teams and locations
- Conduct proactive client follow-ups to enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Plan and implement channel partner strategies for product/service growth
- Explore new revenue streams and alliance partnerships
- Provide accurate weekly/monthly reporting and sales forecasts
- Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations, proposals, and business reviews
- Collaborate with management to identify trends, challenges, and solutions
- Represent WowTech at national and international business events, converting engagements into business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of IT product and service sales experience in the restaurant domain (mandatory)
- Proven success in selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions to enterprise-level clients
- Strong consultative sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly customer-centric approach with a passion for client satisfaction
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally
- Exceptional time management, organization, and planning skills
- Ethical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal relationship-building skills
