Job Overview: We're looking for a driven & ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a key role in fueling our growth by identifying and booking high-quality meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our solutions and qualify potential leads.

• Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.

• Execute outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and book qualified meetings.

• Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activity across multiple channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn).

• Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to schedule discovery calls.

• Qualify prospects to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Be accountable for the number of meetings booked and contribution to pipeline growth.

Requirements:-

• 1–4 years of experience in a similar outbound or lead generation role (preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level).

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Confident in cold calling and comfortable handling objections

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Positive attitude and a desire to grow into a closing sales role.
