Sales Development Representative

Roles and Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution:

• Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-out projects, including joinery, ceilings, flooring, partitions, painting, and finishes.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project schedules.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure execution as per approved designs.
• Monitor material quality and workmanship to meet company and client standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage site laborers, carpenters, electricians, and technicians.
• Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance with company policies on-site.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to workers.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Ensure materials and tools are available on-site as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.
• Maintain daily work reports, manpower allocation, and site progress updates.
• Attend site meetings and update supervisors/managers on progress and issues.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure all interior works comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety practices.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and site environment.
