Sales Delivery Manager

Sales & Delivery Coordination

• Act as primary liaison between Sales, Delivery, and Clients for smooth transition from deal closure to execution
• Own delivery commitments and ensure feasibility, readiness, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with sales teams on solution design, pricing, timelines, and resource planning

Project & Service Delivery

• Manage end-to-end delivery of solutions, services, or projects
• Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines
• Identify delivery risks early and implement corrective actions

Resource & Performance Management

• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to meet delivery targets
• Monitor performance metrics (cost, margin, SLA, quality) and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as escalation point for delivery issues
