Job Description

This role is for a Sales cum Operation Executive for India's leading FMCG Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a blend of sales and operational tasks, including lead generation, client relationship management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals, specifically focusing on the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Wheat Derivative Market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Operations

  • Manage the order processing system, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
  • Oversee logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare sales and operational reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and products.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Graduation.
  • Experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Ability to conduct market research.
  • Experience in order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales and operational reports.
  • Strong customer support skills.
