Job Description
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating client orders, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth operational workflow. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, preparing quotations, and assisting in day-to-day sales activities within the printing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Support the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Follow up on leads, payments, and pending client actions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
- Assist in streamlining sales processes and reporting metrics to management.
Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support, preferably in the printing industry.
- Knowledge of sales documentation, quotations, and invoicing.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
