Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. The role involves managing sales documentation, customer inquiries, and coordinating sales processes to support business growth in the cold chain biotechnology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely support.
  • Coordinate sales processes between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, reports, and records.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and streamlining operations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination for order processing, dispatch, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving operational issues.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and familiarity with the medical device industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
