Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Explain products to customers.
  • Maintain customer relationships and oversee dispatch and product quality.
  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating updates.
  • Ensure adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials.
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
  • Store and organize financial and non-financial data electronically and prepare reports.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or issues.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials or events.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant laws and company policies.
