Job Description
Responsible for coordinating sales activities by managing quotations, handling customer queries, supporting order execution, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations to existing leads and customers in a timely manner.
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails by providing accurate product and pricing information.
- Manage existing customer accounts and ensure consistent follow-ups for orders and payments.
- Generate and share proforma invoices in coordination with the accounts department.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Share company profiles and product details with prospective customers to support new lead generation.
- Maintain proper sales records, customer data, and follow-up details.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.
