Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via calls and emails.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and product information.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support field sales staff with relevant product, pricing, and inventory information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Tele-sales

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant IT and printing consumables based on customer needs.

Lead Management

  • Manage enquiries and leads received through platforms such as IndiaMART and Just Dial.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of all leads.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Track customer interactions and provide insights to improve sales strategies.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Monitor and report on telesales performance, lead conversion rates, and follow-up status.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
