Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Order Management

  • Prepare quotations and Proforma invoices for customers.
  • Manage and track sales orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections.

Production Planning & Coordination

  • Prepare production plans based on order requirements.
  • Issue daily/weekly production schedules to the Production Manager.
  • Coordinate closely with production for on-time order fulfillment.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Maintain records of finished goods (FG) and raw material stock.
  • Handle stock inward and outward entries in Tally Prime.
  • Record production process cards in Tally Prime for stock accuracy.

Accounts Coordination

  • Send payment confirmation emails to the Accounts Department.
  • Coordinate with finance for customer and transporter payment processing.

Purchase & Warehouse Coordination

  • Receive indents from the warehouse and raise purchase orders to vendors.
  • Follow up on Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and delivery timelines.

Dispatch & Logistics Management

  • Plan dispatches and coordinate with transporters for stock pickups.
  • Send stock pickup requests to transporters and follow up on delivery status.
  • Prepare Sales Tax Invoices, E-way Bills, and Delivery Challans.

Driver & Transport Coordination

  • Coordinate with drivers for route planning and timely deliveries.
  • Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) from drivers.
  • Verify transporter bills and process them for payment.

Education & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Dispatch, or Logistics Operations
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and experience in handling sales and dispatch documentation
