Job Description
- Preparing and following up on sales quotations made for clients.
- Efficiently responding to any online or telephonic queries.
- Validating PO from all aspects and coordinating with other departments and clients for execution of work.
- Calling prospects from the database to fix up appointments and coordinating with sales person accordingly.
- Updating contact details and new clients in the database.
- Producing various reports like job progress, activity report, update on follow up of Sales Funnel etc on weekly basis.
- Using CRM tools for maintaining records of leads.
- Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- .Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Handling and filing all important documents in the proper way.
- Responding to complaints from customers and giving after sales support as per the process.
- .Assisting in promotional activities like exhibitions whenever required.
