Job Description

  • Preparing and following up on sales quotations made for clients.
  • Efficiently responding to any online or telephonic queries.
  • Validating PO from all aspects and coordinating with other departments and clients for execution of work.
  • Calling prospects from the database to fix up appointments and coordinating with sales person accordingly.
  • Updating contact details and new clients in the database.
  • Producing various reports like job progress, activity report, update on follow up of Sales Funnel etc on weekly basis.
  • Using CRM tools for maintaining records of leads.
  • Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • .Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Handling and filing all important documents in the proper way.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and giving after sales support as per the process.
  • .Assisting in promotional activities like exhibitions whenever required.
  • Preparing reports in MS-Excel, Word and Powerpoint, etc as per client s requirement. 15.Following up on outstanding payments
